The website is easy to navigate and the delivery cost is reasonable and very fast. My reason for the 3 stars is the first order I placed and received the wrong item. I contacted Paul and was told the item was unavailable but another similar product was sent instead. This could have been easily sorted out with the option to accept the alternative or get a refund before the item was sent, none of this happened. Not very good communication, unfortunately.
