About The Cigar Club:

Hi, my name is Paul and I’ve been in the cigar trade now for over 25 years (where does the time go?).

The Cigar Club was originally started by my father in the late 1960s, so fine tobacco doesn’t quite run in the family veins but very nearly.

We’ve been sending out cigars around the world since those days of distant memory i.e. before the dawn of the computer age. However, I know that our website offers a unique and pleasurable shopping experience.

I’ve always tried to keep the personal feel to all our transactions and like to think that the personal touch gives the The Cigar Club a unique place in the Cigar World.

“Never received my last order despite Royal Mail tracking saying it was delivered. Contacted The Cigar Club to follow up with Royal Mail but no response to date. That was a waste of £42.”

“Very disappointed overall. I paid the extra money for next day delivery and received the cigars 4 x days later. I sent an email complaining and asking for a refund for the extra delivery cost and didn't even get a response. The cigars have not been properly humidified prior to delivery so I have had to put them in the humidor for several days to get them to a smokeable point.”

“When I don t buy my cigars from overseas I use the Cigar club. I recently ordered VG rolled Dominican cigars a good substitute for my usual favourite the Monte Cristo no 5. Cigars dispatched very quickly and with me within 72 hours of order. Recommended!”
