About The Cigar Club:

Hi, my name is Paul and I’ve been in the cigar trade now for over 25 years (where does the time go?).

The Cigar Club was originally started by my father in the late 1960s, so fine tobacco doesn’t quite run in the family veins but very nearly.

We’ve been sending out cigars around the world since those days of distant memory i.e. before the dawn of the computer age. However, I know that our website offers a unique and pleasurable shopping experience.

I’ve always tried to keep the personal feel to all our transactions and like to think that the personal touch gives the The Cigar Club a unique place in the Cigar World.

“Have not received my order !!! So far have sent 3 emails and left a few messages Nobody has had the decency to reply !”

“I spent £40 on a cigar for my uncles birthday which never arrived. This was very disappointing as I had to turn up to his party empty handed. Furthermore the cigar club has not responded to my 2 emails asking for a refund. Is this a scam?? Do not recommend shopping with them.”

“Normally The Cigar Club provides an excellent service, however on this last order they sent the wrong cigars, sending La Invicta Nicuagian Shorts instead of Honduran Panatellas. This was very disappointing as I have previously experienced an excellent service.”

“I received my pack of cigars in the post, but they have arrived squashed. The box is completely ruined and about 60% of the cigars are also squashed. I bought these to put in as a birthday gift but they arrived ruined and unpresentable! I have emailed twice to express my disappointment but no response. Customer service is non existent. Wish I read other reviews before purchasing about poor quality. I suggest you AVOID!!”
