“richard and ben were both fantastic. the unit was fitted quickly and they both ensured that the bathroom was cleaned up on completion of the installation. the installation took less time than anticipated and was even given a second instruction on the use of the unit.”

“I had a step fixed to my bath for when my husband was alive so he could climb into the bath but it was in the way when your fitters Richard & Ben came to install my new bath lift so they kindly removed it for me and I was very pleased with the service received and demo given by them & initially by Ian. I would now appreciate some post cards or leaflets to hand out to my friends and relatives who also struggle to bath and have been asking questions - you may get some extra customers this way! Thank you.”

“This was the worst of business experiences. I called and asked for help because my Aqualift was not working. I was asked to pay R850 for a service call out which I did immediately. Nearly 2 weeks later after many calls on my part I was given a date. When the 2 technicians arrived they simply changed the battery, a further R1000. I asked if they were going to service the appliance. They said there was nothing to service. I now ask myself why your Company did not suggest to me that I buy a new battery and so save myself R850 and the frustration of dealing with 'logistics' because your .technician was not in the area. Why was I not told in the beginning when asked for R850 that I might have a long wait? I would add that when I enquired about an installation I had a response within 24 hrs. As a pensioner of 91 years I do not need experiences like this financially or otherwise. J.Waddilove”

“I enquired about the lift on Monday had a representative on Tuesday and I've had it fitted today Thursday brilliant service great representative and the workmen Brian and Ben were here 15mins before the appointment time and was all done in the hour and demo all explained to me no problem its going to help me so much”

“The installation was by Matt & Simon L. They did a great job of installing the bath lift, moving the soap dish further along the wall and clearly explained how to use the lift. Both were very friendly. They cleaned and tidied up after completing work and were very approachable.”

“I am disabled and cannot get in or out of the bath without my bath lift. I got the company to uninstall the bath lift from the old bath which we had to replace, and I cannot get any answer as to when they will be back to re install it after receiving promises of action. I am a very disappointed customer.”
