“The staff in Ormskirk were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately one box of tiles were broken on delivery to the store. We collected the tiles available and waited for a replacement. The replacement box was delivered to the wrong store causing further delay. When it eventually arrived over a week later 2 tiles were broken. Another week has passed and we still haven’t received the rest of the order. This is very poor customer service.”
“Tiles were excellent quality as expected. But the customer service was above and beyond. I'd made the purchase online for some discontinued tiles, of course I made a miss calculation which I realised too late. They tracked down the last boxes to Norwich where staff member Jack Pottle went waaaay beyond, packed up the tiles and got them to me before the tiler arrived. Saved my project!”
