“We ordered online as we did now know our local store did delivery of tiles which is annoying. I found that the delivery cost was quite expensive, however the delivery time was very prompt.
Now my issues are as follows.
Make sure you check your boxes, I found many broken tiles and some boxes didn't even have the right number of tiles within it and so I then had to contact them to send out the replacements.
Not sure who does their quality control but counting to 6 tiles per box shouldn't be and isn't a hard task. Yet many of our boxes only have 5 and a number of boxes had damaged and ruined tiles (not good for the price).
Luckily the replacements were shipped out promptly and in time for the job as you cannot get them from a local store if purchased online.”

“We were very disappointed by the service.
Went for click and collect service to be told, they weren't available for three more working days.
Wrong tiles dispatched, this was not picked up by the service, instead by our bathroom fitter.
Collection arranged, but the courier wouldn't collect as the tiles weren't packed. So another collection had to be arranged.
Refund arranged, but when processed they refunded 12 tiles not 112. This had to be flagged by myself, even though the refund was processed by head office.
The experience resembles a carry on sketch. I wanted tiles not a comedy sketch.”

This includes the direct contact with the person at the Norwich branch, the lady I spoke to on the phone who arranged the delivery and the lady who delivered the tiles too. Well done all, sorry I don’t have your names for a personal shout out but all your efforts make a difference and are appreciated.”
