“I ordered new boots to replace an existing pair of LOWA which sadly have reached the end of their life. The new boots appear well made, smart and have worked well on my initial hikes. Although I ordered the same size as my previous pair they do feel a little larger and not as comfortable. They are however a different product (original ones not available) which may account for this difference. If I had one recommendation it would be for LOWA to have a wider retailer distribution so that potential buyers could try on several models. It would really not be practical to keep returning boots by post in order to find an ideal fit. My previous ones were purchased from GO Outdoors who appear to no longer stock LOWA”

“Lowa’s customer services were brilliant. I was struggling to find the right fit for a pair of walking shoes to take me round rocky coastal paths. Both Isaac and James spent lots of time helping me work through various requirements and had lots of useful suggestions for lacing techniques to help my heel stay in place. They recommended three options and Lowa has such a good returns policy (free and easy) that I could try out different pairs at home and keep the one that suited me best. The refund was back within a few days. Smooth, easy & exceptional service.”
