“Needed new walking boots for general use - bought the Lowa Renegade in UK 13. really comfy out of the box, went and did a muddy and rather slippery 5 mile walk in an hour and half - so quite a reasonable pace and absolutely delighted with them.”

“I bought my pair of lowa boots (Taurus pro) about 2 months ago. Since buying I’ve worn them almost every way for walking anything from 4-10miles daily, through a variety of terrain, hills, mud, rough ground etc..in typical winter weather. I’m very pleased to say, these are the most comfortable walking boots I’ve ever worn. Not only are they lightweight, but they fit really well (I have quite wide feet) &, they are really comfy round the ankle as well. Lowa we’re excellent to deal with, prompt delivery & extremely helpful.”

“Had my boots for almost a week. No need to break in been comfy from the first wear. They give good support and I went for the wide boots. So far they are great. I have a trip planned to Iceland next month so will see how I get on there!”

“Lightweight, warm ,waterproof and very comfortable. I have tried other well known brands, but have returned to Lowa, simply because they are an excellent boot. I have had a pair of PTB's for years, Lowa just have better build quality than any other maker I have tried.”

“I have had excellent service from Lowa. My first pair of walking shoes were too big and the returns service is quick and easy. The refund came through immediately and I then ordered a pair of mid walking boots which arrived really quickly. The customer service is excellent - really helpful advice as I have long narrow feet which are a nightmare to fit. They guided me to the right choice which I probably would not have tried otherwise.”

“Well made and robust boots. I have wide feet (not extremely) but despite ordering the 'wide' ones found even they were slightly snug. Still impressed and would recommend them.”

“Excellent boots! They feel so sturdy and well made. They're higher than most of my previous boots, which is nice. My feet and ankles felt really supported. They're probably a bit OTT for the walking I do but at £100 off, I couldn't resist! Already tried them on muddy paths and they performed great. I also love the idea of being able to get them re-soled rather than buying a new pair, that's a great concept. 10 out of 10, would recommend!”
