Purchase was easy but did not get a confirmation email. Shoes were however very disappointing as they are very loose at the heel despite being the same size as the boots I've had for a year and which fit great. Can't return shoes now as the loose fit only started after a couple of walks when they had lost some of their initial stiffness. have always rated Lowa but would not buy again due to poor fit of these shoes. Especially disappointing as I bought these for big lands end to john o groats charity walk
