“A very professional online retailer. I was given good advice on how to choose the right walking boots and even though they were not quite wide enough for my extra-wide feet they were quick and easy to return and my refund came through really quickly.”

“I’m using Lowa shoes for a decade. Before I was living in different country. I was very pleased with quality and services. But here I want to mention, that I bought Lowa second time in London. And second time it was not delivered to my apartment, instead I got message, that I was not at home and it was delivered to a pick up place 20 min away from my apartment. In both cases I was at home all the day and was waiting for the shoes. So you definitely have a problem here with delivery. Both time delivery lied that I was not at home at the moment of delivery.”
