“Fantastic boots, great fit, comfortable straight from the box. I take a shoe size 9, advise from Lowa was spot on. Purchased two pairs, Renagade evo gtx size 9.5 Ranger gtx size 9. The fit is perfect.”

“Haven't tested the boots yet (Randir) so can't comment on them, but the customer service from Lowa was absolutely top notch. I was sent a mismatched pair and called (you can actually call the office!!!) to discuss the best resolution. Isaac sent out another pair straight away and I received them yesterday (3 working days). Add the better than 50% discount on the boots and it's a perfect buying experience. Will definitely be buying direct from Lowa in future. Thank you all, especially Isaac.”

“Nice pair of shoes - advice on website to take half a size bigger was correct and after an initial break-n period the shoes are absolutely fine. Nice to buy something made in Europe too - great quality. Delivery was incredibly fast and well-packed.”

“I've had the boots for a couple of weeks after asking ChatGPT "what are the best walking boots on the market". So far, they have delivered. The most comfortable boots I think I've ever had and they are great quality. Something I don't think I have ever experienced is walking boots that are comfortable straight out of the box, but these are.”

“LOWA Renegade boots are my current favourites for trekking but I sometimes found them too tight on long days. The wide version is much better. I hope that LOWA continues to supply them. Note that they only seem to be available online - Cotswolds couldn't do them.”

“Hi, this is a difficult review to write because, I like to shoes, I bought size 10, same as my last pair of Lowa Renegade which I have only stopped using as the sole has warn out. I wore my Bellagio for 2 days indoors, they were a little tight but all shoes are and thought they would be fine when worn in. Sadly now out and about they are notrelaxing to my feet but rubbing hard on the top of my big toes I have used the correct sprys, hasnt softened them, really disappointed, is there anything you can do ?”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your review, but sorry to hear you're unhappy with the fit on your Bellagio shoes. Generally speaking, while leather will naturally adapt to the foot a little bit, but we wouldn’t expect it to change drastically. “I was sent a pair of the wrong boots by mistake. The guys at TKC were amazing to deal with, they resent the correct boots and arranged the collection of the incorrect pair the very next day, fantastic customer service, would buy from them again.”
