I have had these boots only a couple of months and used lightly yet they are leaking through the seams despite my using most of a tin of Lowa spray and the Lowa cream treatment. They have started leaking while walking in wet grass (not during rainfall) which is highly disappointing for what I expected to be quality boots at this price

I'm sorry I had to return them. I thought they were a wide fitting shoe, but not as far as I'm concerned, which is a real pity as they looked very comfortable

I have not yet received the boots!!? I was told they had been delivered they never were and then they disappeared in the DPD depot in Cardiff . I was told on Monday another pair were to de sent but as yet , nothing has arrived..

Hi Weixiang, Thanks for your review, but sorry to hear DPD weren't able to deliver the order to you correctly. They sent it back to us and we received it back on the 10th, and re-sent it straight away, this time using Royal Mail. The tracking is showing as it being delivered the next day on the 11th, so I assume you have received the parcel now? I have asked numerous times for a VAT Invoice and still not recieved it so very poor

Hi James, Thanks for your order and your review. I can see we did send over the invoice with the VAT breakdown when you emailed about it, but for data protection had to send it to the email address associated with the order, rather than the other email address you mentioned. Not good! Ordered a size 9 and they came up far to small, which is bizarre because in a walking show I'm always a size 9.

These are narrower than the Lowa Sirkos GTX model they replaced. Would have thought Lowa would choose a different product name when updating the old model if they were making such changes. Had to return due to fit.

Bought size 11.5 regular and then 11.5 wide. Tried to exchange them for size 11 wide but an exchange isn't possible so it was refund and then repurchase. During that time my Scarpa vortex xcr GTX turned up, fitted like a glove and haven't been off my feet since (ish). I was dying to want the Lowa but I just couldn't get them to fit. Very tough looking shoes but the scarpa just instantly ticked all the boxes. I was going to keep both scarpa and lowa but when the scarpa came I realised it was pointless.

After wearing just one the insoles rode up the back of the boot, had a new insole and does the same thing. Either I have weird feet or there is an issue with these. Cant say its ever happened with other shoes or boots ive bought. Been a total waste of money for me as unable to return.

really disappointed with these laces not a patch on the originals, thin and stretchy. Bought aftermarket cheaper and better from Mr Lacy -fed these to the bin.

Disappointing. Ordered 2 pairs of boots but was then contacted to say that 1 pair was out of stock. I asked to cancel my order but was told that 1 pair had already been sent and I would now need to arrange for this to be returned before it could be refunded. Not the customer service I would expect and not likely to shop again.

I would love to say my experience was a good one but so far not good as I am still waiting for my boots after an e mail telling me they have been despatched which was 7 days ago and have not had any info on delivery progress so far.

Hi, The renegade GTX that I bought for my partner have split on the front and now leak water and she gets wet feet every time we walk the dogs. Considering the price I did not expect this to happen after only 9 months use. I am looking for a returns policy to either get a replacement or a refund as they are not fit for purpose. However the boots I bought for myself the ranger 3 GTX have been solid and do not have any issues with these, would highly recommend these.

OK I did buy the wrong sized laces and only realised this while trying to lace one of them to my boot. In my defence the sizing of laces on the Lowa website is not clear. The packaging makes a big thing of a 30 day returns opportunity but as I had torn off the paper label from the laces, I was not able to return them. If the paper label was not sticky, I would have been able to return the laces to their packaging in my opinion. I think in future I shall buy other laces.

I went onto the website to find the correcr laces for a pair of boots. It was impossible to find the right size of laces to fit my boots. I noticed there was no contact telephone number on the Lowa UK site to ask for help. I eventually found a telpehone number and it took two telephone calls to be given the right instructions to make an online order. All in all a very bad experience. The website needs an upgrade.

I have a pair of Renegade GTX's. They have been a fantastic, comfortable boot since I got them 2 years ago. But this year they are lethal on snow and ice, to the point that I can't wear them for fear of slipping and falling and breaking something. Not happy considering they are a £165 pair of boots. Certainly expected them to last a lot longer than a couple years!

I still haven’t received my item. I receive an email each night telling me it will be delivered the next day, it doesn’t arrive and then I receive another email telling me it will be the following day. UPS appear to be the courier.
