“Didn’t have the boots I ordered.”

“Hi, The renegade GTX that I bought for my partner have split on the front and now leak water and she gets wet feet every time we walk the dogs. Considering the price I did not expect this to happen after only 9 months use. I am looking for a returns policy to either get a replacement or a refund as they are not fit for purpose. However the boots I bought for myself the ranger 3 GTX have been solid and do not have any issues with these, would highly recommend these.”

“OK I did buy the wrong sized laces and only realised this while trying to lace one of them to my boot. In my defence the sizing of laces on the Lowa website is not clear. The packaging makes a big thing of a 30 day returns opportunity but as I had torn off the paper label from the laces, I was not able to return them. If the paper label was not sticky, I would have been able to return the laces to their packaging in my opinion. I think in future I shall buy other laces.”

“I went onto the website to find the correcr laces for a pair of boots. It was impossible to find the right size of laces to fit my boots. I noticed there was no contact telephone number on the Lowa UK site to ask for help. I eventually found a telpehone number and it took two telephone calls to be given the right instructions to make an online order. All in all a very bad experience. The website needs an upgrade.”

“I have a pair of Renegade GTX's. They have been a fantastic, comfortable boot since I got them 2 years ago. But this year they are lethal on snow and ice, to the point that I can't wear them for fear of slipping and falling and breaking something. Not happy considering they are a £165 pair of boots. Certainly expected them to last a lot longer than a couple years!”

“I still haven’t received my item. I receive an email each night telling me it will be delivered the next day, it doesn’t arrive and then I receive another email telling me it will be the following day. UPS appear to be the courier.”

“I would love to review your boots but UPS dont seem to have them. Delivery due on the 31st December, i hopefully waited in all day and the next and the dauvafter that, its now day 5 and i still dont have my boots. UPS are Not helpful.”

“I have never worn LOWA shoes before. I was told that they were a bit more narrow so thought they would fit my foot! I have practised around my house and now on short distances on my walk! They are hard and heavy on my foot and not comfortable at all compared to the many other pairs I have had! Can I return as they cost quite s lot and not going to work! Sorry but this is the case!”

“The replacement laces arrived very promptly and look like a quality pair. However, we ordered the 17 length and were sent the 18. We didn’t realise until we had fitted so haven’t bothered to return but we’re left with laces that are really too long. Don’t understand why you couldn’t just supply what we ordered or if not in stock then let us know.”

“The boots seem okay. But I've had them less than two weeks, which is barely enough time to break them in. Yet, this company, Lowa, has given my email address to this third-party website without my permission and has sent multiple emails begging for a review. So now I'm starting to regret switching from the trusty Salomons that I've been wearing for more than ten years. I fear there is a rush to get a review out of me because these things aren't made to last.”
