“I’ve only had the boots (renegade wide fit) for a couple of days but so far the fit feels very good and they’ve kept my feet dry. Delivery by UPS was very disappointing so I would be reluctant to order directly from Lowa again. After waiting in all day for delivery I received an mail at 6.30 pm telling me delivery had been postponed until the following day for no apparent reason. Lowa - UPS are letting you down, I would strongly suggest you switch to a more reliable company.”

“The boots are great. But I already knew that as these Renegade GTX Mid II's were a replacement for a work out pair that wee 12 years old. But what was annoying was that I tried to order a pair of Dark Grey colour Renegade's but the LOWA website for some reason ended up ordering me a pair of Dark Grey/Blue colour Renegade's, which was not what I wanted or ordered. I think they were also cheaper too. So be ware when using the online site to order, suggest going to another site to order.”

“Love these boots, perfect fit and a great upgrade from my previous pair that lasted 6 years of wearing every day. (They would have lasted longer if I’d looked after them better). Very comfy and totally supportive around the ankles which is a must for me. My only criticism is that they are quite slippery on some wet surfaces, but I’m hoping this will improve as the tread wears in a bit.”

“My shoes are a good fit, in spite of being a size larger than I reckon I am with other makers. Becase they are new, they are still very stiff, but I reckon that will ease up with time. Impressed with speed of delivery.”

“This must be my seventh pair of Lowa overall - have bought a number of different boots and shoes over the years. Great boots, especially for my narrow feet. Comfortable straight out of the box.”

“I have the boot version & wanted to purchase the walking shoe version as the boot fitted perfectly. Shoe fitted well & are very comfortable. Ordering on line & delivery sevice was efficient & worked well”

“My previous pair of Lowa boots lasted well over two years of heavy use, one fell hike and two other off road walks every day. I've bought the same model again and hope they last as well.”

“For laces, the web site is confusing, had to ring the company to confirm size, as decimal point is in the wrong place. Delivery fine. Love Lowa boots, have 4 pairs.”

“I have been using these shoes for years and have bought many pairs. They are very good quality and very comfortable. I am now enjoying the added comfort of the wider fit, but wished they came in more than 1 colour so I could buy more. High quality sole gives lots of grip which means it does wear quicker than I would like. Overall, I cannot find better!”

“Lowa staff are very friendly, and helpful. But there are a few issues with the website. The shoes I ordered were showing as in stock. But they were not, so had to reorder in a different colour. Then the order form did not request which UPS drop off point i wanted to use, so had to chase up my order, when i did not receive an acknowledgement. The order was then processed promptly by the friendly staff, but I did not receive any notifications of order progress. So I took a chance and went in to my UPS drop off point and the parcel had arrived. Shoes are great, exactly what I wanted and a great price too.”

“The boot itself was excellent. I already have a Lowa boot and was hoping the new boot was going to be lighter. I weighed the new boot and my old boot and they were the same weight so reluctantly returned the new boot. I have very weak ankles and wanted a lighter boot for the Summer.”
