“The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Contacted them twice regarding getting the correct size of boot and then to confirm refund. Each time call/email was answered quickly and with care and attention. The product itself is excellent too. Was v sad after 3 attempts that I appear to be in between sizes. Lowa’s are such a nice styled boot.”

“These sandals are really comfortable-I wore them for a 12k walk first time(unintentional) but they were just great. Practical and comfortable. Would initially have preferred a lighter shade but this colour works fine with most things.”

“I now have 2 pairs of Vegan Lowa hiking boots, they are amazing... I have had some painful foot issues for a few months and I'm awaiting surgery, but these boots together with some specified orthotics have really helped me through... even on a recent trip to the US that included some moderate hiking!”

“Light weight comfortable walking shoes. Really good grip. Way easier to lace up than previous walking shoes and hiking boots that I've owned. Have carried out several weeks of daily 5km to 6km daily walks since purchase and they're ideal. Just about the right size at Size 12 which was the largest size Lowa had available on the web page. I'm a Size 11 for regular shoes. I could have done with size 12.5 or 13 on reflection.”

“I now have the right size boot with a wide fitting. These were comfy from the off with great grip. This is my 2nd set of lowas and you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.”

“Because a heavy booklet is attached to shoe, it was difficult to wear around the house to check if they will be totally comfortable. The tag ripped off so I couldn’t return them and the shoes caused achilles problems so I am now out of pocket with useless shoes I can’t return to store.”

“Womens Renegade GTX (narrow) This is a comfortable, practical and good looking boot. I take size 9.5 so a boot which accommodates the length and is narrow enough without looking huge is very welcome.”

“Great boots straight out of the box! My whole family wear Lowa boots and no issues. Comfortable, waterproof and well made Delivered quickly with free returns. Price point is ok - but shouldn’t go higher in my opinion as there are a lot of options and competition around a similar cost boots!”

“I wear lowas for work and they are like tactical slippers. The last pair of these zephyr boots I had lasted years of abuse. A second sole. They literally wore out eventually. I can't recommend lowa boots enough”

“I bought my first pair of LOWA hiking boots in early 2017. They fit me perfectly and I loved them so much that when the stitching gave way (after 5 years) and that boot started to take in water, I invested in another pair in February 2022. I am sorry to report that during the last three walks I have had one wet right foot, however, the stitching of the boot remains intact. Fortunately, I had held onto my old boots so I hunted around until I found a cobbler who managed to mend the stitching. Last week I walked 10 very wet muddy miles in my old boots and my feet stayed perfectly dry. So I have mixed feelings now about LOWA hiking boots. I previously recommended them to everyone who was considering which brand to buy but I am now investigating other brands to replace my leeky boots! :(. In the meantime I am wearing my old LOWA boots.”
