“I'd love to give 5 stars. But there not as comfortable as my previous pair. There very narrow and pinch my toes. They were very expensive but they needed to have more witdh to them. Its a shame.”

“Great looking and comfortable boot. Not waterproof though- first walk through wet grass allowed water through. To be fair, every goretex boot I’ve ever had has failed, sooner or later- usually sooner.”

“Purchase of the Lowa boot cleaning kit was simple enough. I have only managed to use the actual product once, and it seemed to do the job. My main issue was its wasn’t as obvious how to use the product for that initial attempted. I had to find a webpage detailing how to use all 3 products. Overall, satisfied”

“I'm very pleased with the fit and how comfortable these boots are, however, the soles are wearing just as quickly as my last pair. The old pair only managed approximately 400 miles before I had to send them to be re-soled. The new pair have only done 60 miles and the grooves on the soles have gone already. I raised this issue with Lowa via Cotswolds Outdoors and the reply I got back was that the soles are soft rubber and will wear out quickly and mine are normal. It was only because of how comfortable the boots are, I purchased another pair.”

“I have found the wide sizing Renegade boots the perfect fit for my feet. Unfortunately they have started to leak after only a couple of months use despite using Lowa boot cream and Pro Stop products. I have had to resort to wearing Sealskinz waterproof socks. Disappointing”

“Love Lowa boots, don't love the thin insoles supplied, as they are not the same as what came with the boors, despite what it says on the website. Disappointed. I would have recommended Lowa to anyone before this, not so sure any more.”

“About 20/30 days in and I've started to have some stiching expose in-between the seems right at the top of the boot. Super comfy and one of the few boots I've enjoyed, just alarmed and worried about the top of the boot given how long I've had them with minimal walking distance.”

“I chose to buy the wide fit ranger gtx and the wide fit put an end to getting corns between my toes. Unfortunately the soles only lasted 8 months. I have sent them to be re-soled and have purchased another pair but at £250 a pair I shall be looking for an alternative boot.”

“Walking shoes received in broken outer box but inner box containing shoes OK. Took over 3 days for shoes to be delivered not next day as per website. Not had chance to wear shoes therefore reserve judgement.”

“Although currently needing mens UK 7 1/2 wide fitting shoes, trainers, boots (Keen) for last few years and they are a suitable fit, when i bought Lowa Renegade walking shoes in UK 7 1/2 wide fit online, i found them long in the foot. I need to wear the thickest socks that I have. This is uncomfortable as I live and walk in Southern Portugal and itis warm. Where would I be able to try on Mens UK 7 wide fit within 100 miles of Sedbergh in the 3rd week in May 2022, where I am on vacation”

“I have purchased a pair of shoes (Renegade GTX Lo Ws) around 6 months ago. Dispatch time is very good, and I received them very quickly. No problem with the money. But I tried writing a review about these shoes (it is one of the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned, and they are not worth the money, unfortunately), though my review was not submitted on the product, which I find very strange and suspicious.”
