“Quick delivery good service”

Helpful Report

“Quality logs - burn well and for much longer than lower quality hardwoods. Mostly cut to the same size and neatly stacked in the crate. Delivery service was excellent. I know this is usually kerbside, but delivery driver was happy to pop them right outside my gate. Will definitely buy again!”

Helpful Report

“I have not yet used, nor unpacked, the product so cannot comment on the quality of the logs. What I can say is that at first sight everything looks splendid. Had some problems with the delivery, but that was down to the delivery company and not LogsOnline. It was eventually sorted to my complete satisfaction. This is my first time with this company and I would certainly be prepared to order with them again”

“Thank you so much for a very speedy delivery and kind and helpful manner when I called the office during these tough times, you enabled me to cook the steak in our wood oven for my daughters birthday that I had promised to do. With the current situation you brightened up her Birthday which for the first time our extended family could not visit. Thank you so Much”
