“Delivered when promised. The delivery man was polite and helpful in managing, with a bit of a helping push due to our steep block paved drive, to get the jumbo pallet perfectly positioned for me to unload the logs into our store. The logs are as described although I would have perferred a higher proportion of large diameter logs; that said I appreciate I probably would have paid for more air had that been the case as the logs I did get were very tightly packed in the crate. Although oak the logs are clearly bone dry as they light easily in our log burner with just a couple of twisty firelighters and a small log or two Would use Logs Online again based on this first experience”
