“Very good delivery was a couple of days after order. Delivery driver was excellent put the pallet exactly where I need it. Would have given five stars except I received no email/text information on the delivery.”

“Absolutely happy with the logs. Not quite so happy with the delivery as I had requested a phone call when they got here so the logs could be put in my garage which is separate from my property. There was no phone call just a message to say the logs had been delivered on a pallet to my front door. I am 77 years old and I then had to get them from my front door to my garage about 200 yards away. I couldn't even lift a 20kg box of logs.”

“My first order with LogsOnLine and pleased to report no problems, good service. We are at the end of the line down here at the bottom of Cornwall so delivery was very late in the day, an earlier delivery would have been helpful. Good quality logs packed very well and tightly into crate. One thing that could be improved upon for me? A few more chunkier logs would be nice mixed in the batch. Overall I am a happy man and will order again.”

“Generally very happy. A couple of smaller points: For kiln dried firewood the packaging should always include a top surface cover as our logs gained water while we unloaded in the rain. Sometimes the carrier expresses surprise and annoyance because we live in a narrow terraced street. These streets are not uncommon and it would be helpful if the courier could be briefed in advance.”
