“The logs I got are very good for burning. The only negative thing I would say it took well over a week to deliver but I understand that this is a busy time of the year.”

“So far I like the bag size. Not sure if you're more expensive compared to what I used to pay or not, but I want to judge the burn quality before having a final view on value. One downside for me is having to retain the pallet, which is not easy to dispose of, assuming I don't feel like chopping it up for kindling.”

“Simple, clear website made ordering easy. Good quality logs and very friendly helpful staff. Let down by their couriers Palletways who failed to deliver on scheduled day, then failed to do so the next day as they promised and finally delivered late the following day. Not good when someone is staying at home to take delivery.”

“Great service. Delivery driver initially refused to handball and wanted to leave a pallet on the pavement, but logsonline quickly responded via chat and it was handballed.”

“The pallet of logs was a generous size and the logs themselves are lovely to burn and smell great. The only negative thing was the driver who delivered them, who was in a bad mood because he couldn't bring lorry in the drive. Next time I will order the bags of blocks rather than the pallet, as I didn't factor in the logistics of it. Other than that would highly reccommend!”
