“The delivery was quick but the quality/size of the logs this time was poor. There were hardly any decent sized logs and most of the pallet was more like large sticks of kindling.”

“Ordered ASH Logs from Logs Online on 17th Dec 23 and as promised delivered a few days later, well before our Christmas Break. Although the the same volume crate of the ASH compared to the same volume crate of mixed hardwood logs, previously supplied by a different supplier. The extra cost was so worth it/ - Cleaner to Burn. - Great mix of log size within the crate. - So much drier it seems and the ASH logs burn so much longer. As a result, our order will be repeated for any future supply.”

“They are very good and I am pleased that I bought them”

“I'm quite new to wood burning having had a new stove fitted a couple of months ago and I tried Logs Online as I wanted to get a bit more serious and stock larger quantities than previously. I was a bit nervous about coping with the quantity specially as we have a longish gravelled drive, but I ordered nets and my wife and I had the logs wheelbarrowed into the garage and stacked on four freshly cleared shelves in little more than half an hour. Previously I had bought smaller quantities of 'kiln dried' logs and I have noticed that yours burn more vigorously and with more heat produced than the others. This is not a scientific experiment and relies on impression rather than measurement but I shall be buying from you in the future.”
