Once it did you really couldn't tell which one was artificial and which one the real. (On the picture, the top one is the real one, bottom the artificial)”

“Placed an order and paid 9th Dec, was told there was a delay till 16th Dec, nothing was delivered no message, so contacted them on the 20th to be told they didn't have the stock. No alternative was offered except they would deliver the empty vase. Asked for refund, as of 4th Jan still waiting. No flowers No refund No contact from customer services since I contacted them on 20th Dec”

“What an obliging company! Their communication was first class - some things I had ordered went out of stock between me ordering & them fulfilling the order. They communicated with me in a very apologetic matter, despatch my other items in stock & have just been informed that the remaining item to complete my order are now on their way. I was very impressed with their products & customer service..well,done, I appreciated it.”

“Loved the orchid in a little pot which I purchased for our bathroom where all else dies! Great colour and very realistic. Went back on the website to order similar for my sister's upcoming birthday but sadly no more orchids in pots to be seen. One thing to be wary of when opening the parcel - thousands of tiny polystyrene (non-environmentally friendly) balls that went absolutely everywhere. I had to pick them out of the orchid's crevices with tweezers!”
