Hi We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend for this to happen, however, couriers are still experiencing some delays due to covid and other national and international events. Looking at the tracking of the original order, it arrived in the destination country and is on the way to your local delivery office. Again, many apologies for the delay. Thanks Facetheory Team

“Je n’ai toujours ps reçue mon colis. Je l’ai commandé depuis presque 3 semaines. Et il été censé arriver en 3-5 jours max. Je les ai contacté on m’a dit qu’il avait été perdue et qu’ils allaient m’en livrer un autre. Je leur pas de souci ça peut arriver. Une autre livraison est donc prévue. Le 20/04 je reçois un mail comme quoi le livreur est passé mais que je n’étais ps la. Ce qui est totalement faux. On reprogrammé une autre livraison pour le mardi 25. Mais ce matin 22/04 je reçois un message comme quoi le colis a été livré. Je descend donc regarder ma boîte au lettre. Mais RIEN !!! Donc je ne sais pas si c’est facetheory qui manque d’un réel professionnalisme ou alors Colisprive qui vole les colis.”

“I battled with cystic acne for 15 years. “So far I have been very impressed with the products. The vitamin c whip spf 30 feels amazing on the skin. I wish that it offered a higher rating than three stars in the uv protection. This would leave me feeling more confident in its protection.”
