“I haven't used facetheory products for long but I'm so happy with my purchases so far. My skin was looking very dull, and due to the menopause I was experiencing a combination of dry/oily sensitive skin. I love my new skincare routine, my skin feels soft and I love the subtle fragrance of the cleanser. I've had a few spots while my skin has been adjusting but nothing major.”

“Prodotti assolutamente meravigliosi ad un prezzo onesto. Ho provato per anni prodotti costosi della farmacia per regolare la mia pelle mista/ grassa e niente ha funzionato. Sopratutto il cleanser ha cambiato la mia pelle in poche settimane, rendendola molto meno oleosa! Ormai ho ordinato varie volte e i prodotti sono sempre una garanzia!”

“Ho acquistato REGENA CALM SET ANTIAGE + OCUWAKE CREMA CONTORNO OCCHI E TONICO ASTRINGENTE. Inizialmente scettica, mi sono affidata alle recensioni positive di molte clienti e devo dire che ho fatto benissimo. Fin da subito ho notato la pelle più luminosa e distesa, ben idrata e le occhiaie sono sicuramente meno pigmentate. Consiglio assolutamente!”

Bonjour Merci pour vos commentaires et je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous n'êtes pas satisfait du délai de livraison. Je comprends à quel point cela doit être frustrant pour vous. Nous n'avions pas l'intention que cela se produise, cependant, les coursiers connaissent encore des retards en raison de covid et d'autres événements nationaux et internationaux. En regardant le suivi de la commande d'origine, elle est actuellement en transit à l'étranger et devrait être livrée prochainement. Encore mille excuses pour le retard. Merci Facetheory

“Dear facetheory I purchased 2 exa for skin pigmentation. My mother and myself have been using it religiously since it arrived approximately 3 weeks ago. I can honestly report back that there has not produced the results advertised on social media or on your website. If anything, it has created more pigmentation, I now have a large dark brown shadow on my left cheek. I now have to consult a dermatologist to repair the damage your product has created. My mothers experience using your product is unnoticeable. It is extremely disappointing and costly for something that did not work on my mothers or my own skin. Quite happy to return the products for testing, also willing to provide face pictures. Kind regards Camille Smith 07769279020”

“The company has always responded to all of my email inquiries professionally within 24 hours. I’ve received refunds as fast as 24 hours of inquiry. I’ve placed over a dozen orders in just over a year and only one of my packages got lost, which was the only order I’ve asked for a refund. Can’t ask for much more :)”
