“After an extended shipping time the product arrived spoiled due to poor packaging and customer service was not very helpful in relation to this. It's a real shame because the products themselves are actually quite good. But as I am purchasing a high-end product I do expect it to arrive intact, without loss of product or requiring me to clean up a mess before I can try out a new product. I'm just really disappointed in the customer experience aspect.”

“I love the face cleanser. It's foams up and cleans my face thoroughly but gently ...and it smells gorgeous! The daily moisturise is great too. Non greasy and easily absorbed.”

“I have been using facetheory products for a couple of years now . And all I can say is that after using the day and night moisturiser, eye cream. Scrubs , cleanser and serums have made so much difference on my skin . My skin has gone so clean and softer with no wrinkles and all my spots have disappeared. I would highly recommend any of their products . Good job 👍 facetheory .”

“I am using an established routine as have been using Facetheory for some time. Happy with the quality and love the products, especially like the free gift idea. Prices have gone up, shame the offers are not what they used to be….having said that, hasn’t stopped me buying 😊”
