“Shipping was fast and customer service was good - I had some trouble with my product initially as it was pilling badly on my face. I didn’t want to send it back as I was happy with the results I was getting, so I contacted facetheory and they got back to me within the evening giving me some advice. Very happy overall!”

“I’ve been Lumizela Azelaic Acid Serum A15 for around three weeks, I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues thus far - a small miracle. I like the texture of the product, the way it goes on and the after feel of which is little to none (I don’t like heavy creams.”

“Excellent product. Pomegranate oil. Had been buying another product called victory oil for women of a certain age. This contained pomegranate oil for double the price! This product has the same results. V pleased 😀”

“All the products I’ve tried (which is quite a few now) work really well for me. My skin can be quite sensitive but I’ve never had a bad reaction to anything I’ve bought from FaceTheory. I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin since using FT products, especially the vitamin C cleanser; the vitamin C moisturiser; and the retinol moisturiser. The lip balm I tried was absolutely great and is a bit of a miracle cure on chapped lips in the winter.”

“I bought the Colloidal-C Anti-Redness Toner T3 with Colloidal Oatmeal, Vitamin C, Liquorice Extract and Aloe Vera as I have Seborrheic Dermatitis and a lot of facial redness. It’s only been a week and while it hasn’t changed the redness my sling is SO soft and feels much calmer.”
