“Always been happy with Facetheory, a long standing customer with a subscription. Last 2 months I've not had my cream without any notification of why. When chased they keep giving me new dates when I'll receive but it never appears! Can't chop and change creams due to bad eczema so this hasn't been an easy period for me. Am now having a huge flare up from a different cream from same company but different range :(”

We’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced over the last couple of months, especially given how important having the right cream is for managing eczema. To be transparent, some unexpected delays with raw materials and packaging caused interruptions to our production. Since all of our products are manufactured in-house and made by hand, any disruption in supply can unfortunately have a knock-on effect on availability. We understand how upsetting this has been for you, particularly when alternative products haven’t worked for your skin. The good news is that our HydraOat Soothing Daily Moisturiser is now back in stock (as of last week), and we’re working hard to ensure your subscription gets back on track without further delays. We also recognise that communication could have been clearer throughout this period, and we’re taking steps to provide more proactive updates in future. Our customer care team will be reaching out directly to support you and make sure you have what you need going forward. Thank you again for your patience and for sticking with us.
