“I have used Facetheory products for a few years now and I am very happy with them. The Retinal Supreme multi cream is excellent, I use it every day and I feel it is working on my fine lines and wrinkles, my face seems smoother and fresher!”

“Ce produit ne marche pas du tout. Grande déception. Il s'applique comme une pommade, les pores reste très visibles, il surligne la présence des pores dilues et il brille!! sur le visage. La politique de remboursement ne contient pas les frais de livraison. Je déconseille ce produit. On dirait que c'est le produit pour le visage parfait avec aucun défaut.”

Bonjour IRYNA Merci de nous avoir fait part de votre avis détaillé sur la Base Lissante Sans Silicone. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre qu'elle n'a pas répondu à vos attentes. Cette base est conçue pour hydrater, lisser et illuminer la peau tout en atténuant l'apparence des pores et des ridules, sans silicones. Elle convient donc parfaitement à celles qui recherchent une base légère et respirante. Pour ce qui est de la visibilité des pores, les bases sont généralement plus efficaces lorsqu'elles sont associées à des fonds de teint et des poudres compatibles. Parfois, des produits plus lourds ou incompatibles peuvent accentuer les pores ou la texture au lieu de les estomper. Il peut également être judicieux de laisser la base sécher complètement avant d'appliquer le maquillage et d'effectuer de légères pressions plutôt que de frotter, ce qui peut dégrader la formule et provoquer des bouloches ou de la brillance. Nous comprenons votre déception concernant la politique de remboursement des frais de port, décrite dans nos conditions générales. “I tried this the first day and the next morning I had white spots all over. Gave it a week and tried again and the same happened. Left it for a month and tried again but got the same result. I'm sad because I hear the formulation is supposed to be good for all skin types”

While both products are formulated to suit a wide range of skin types, it's important to recognise that high concentrations of active ingredients like vitamin C (20%) and niacinamide (5%) can sometimes cause irritation or sensitivity, especially for those with reactive or sensitive skin. Common side effects of vitamin C serums include redness, itching, tingling, or the appearance of white spots, particularly if your skin is sensitive or if the product is introduced too quickly. Niacinamide is generally well tolerated, but some individuals may still experience irritation or breakouts. Here are a few suggestions that might help if you wish to try similar products in the future: - Always patch test new skincare products on a small area before full application, especially with potent actives. - If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact our customer service team. - Consider starting with lower concentrations of vitamin C or niacinamide and gradually increasing as your skin builds tolerance. “I was using face theory cream /serum all of last year. When I ran out. I didn't purchase straight away. This year my skin stared to become very dry again especially around forehead area. And mild patches /skin pigmentation started re appearing again. I feel when I was using the creams and serums regularly last year this did not happen. So I have repurchased the creams again and already skin is looking and feeling better.”

“It arrived in good time. My very picky, adult daughter, loves it and practically stole it from me. I love it too. I'm in my late 40's, have very sensitive skin but still get blemishes from the wrong products. This stuff clears my spots gently and evens out my skin tone.”

“I bought some new products recently as my skin is changing as I get older. Unfortunately my skin reacted really badly with at least one of these products after just 1 application, and brought my face out in tiny blisters which were incredibly sore, red and itchy. I was really disappointed and concerned as it was so painful and looked terrible, and after having tried different Facetheory products in the past I thought it would be fine. The customer service was great though, they processed a full refund for me and gave advice on how to treat the blisters and soreness and thankfully within about 5 days they had all calmed down.”

“Face theory is one of the best skincare brands on the market at such a good price point. I've been using face theory for a few years now and it's given me such good results, I always go back to them. I would rate the niacinamide (20%) and the tranexamic acid (5%) is excellent... They actually work, and really good value from money.”
