Hi We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend for this to happen, however, couriers are still experiencing some delays due to covid and other national and international events. “I have been using the vitaminc cleanser so far no issues. But recently purchased vitamin-c serum, not happy about it. It’s too sticky and oily. And it’s aggravating my blemishes. So I wouldn’t recommend and would like a refund for this product. But the whip spf and cleaners are good so far.”

“I was looking for a good alternative to a well known brand I currently use. I wanted natural products not tested on animals and my sister recommended facetheory. I bought a serum and eye cream and they are great. Even better I received a free cream blusher. Never used one before but I love this and would definitely buy one in the future. Excellent and speedy service too.”
