“So, I do love these products. I would have given the full stars however, Ive enquired about my normal product which has been out of stock for ages and they cant seem to say when its back? Which is really strange. Customer service is a partner the review and, whilst I feel they do have a great team, ai would appreciate a more accurate answer than " we cant tell you" double is, hence we find a great moisturiser, we become loyal to it and, when we cant get it, and its not discontinued, it would be apprecauted to know why.”

“I always love facetheory products, I’ve been ordering for over 10 years. But I really dislike the new packaging. I preferred the sustainable glass pots. And now with the tubes, when you have multiple products in your shower, it’s hard to tell the difference between them all. The lids are also hard to twiddle on and off when you’re in the shower, and it always seems like you’re never fully getting to the end of the product with the toothpaste like tube.”

“The AHA & BHA exfoliating cleanser is legitimately the best thing that's happened to my skin. Nothing compares. I don't know what is so magic about this compared to the multitude of other face products I've tried, but my skin feels clean, looks clear, pores and blackheads minimised. I just love it and hope it is never discontinued!”

“I really loved these products and have been using them for years, and recommended them to anyone who would listen. However, They have changed the packaging to metal tubes instead of glass which is less environmentally friendly and also more difficult to store. All the tubes look exactly the same so it’s hard to tell which is which. These changes were obviously made to increase profits rather than to give users a better experience. The face wash appears to have been discontinued which is a shame because I loved it.”

The move to aluminum tubes was made to improve recyclability, reduce breakage, and extend product freshness by minimising air exposure. However, we appreciate that some customers find the tubes less convenient to store, and we’re taking your feedback on board as we continue to refine our designs. We’re sorry for any confusion caused by the similar appearance of the tubes and recommend checking the labels on the front and ends of the packaging for product identification. Just to clarify, the face wash has not been discontinued — it’s now called HydraCleanse Rebalancing Gel Cleanser. “I am glad I discovered Facetheory cosmetics. It gives my skin a great comfort. The creams are reach but they don't form a greasy mask on the face, but absorb to the skin leaving it firm and moisturised. I didnt have any issues with new packaging ether. Nearly at the end of three tubes (day, night and hand cream), nothing broke, nothing discoloured. After reading other customers complaints about packaging I just took extra care when squeezing the cream, didnt use any special devices for tub squeezing just gentle squeeze by hands.”

“Really lovely products. I have really noticed a difference since using them I have the Hyaluronic Plumping Serum, the Glow C Day SPF moisturiser, the Peptide firming Night cream and the Glow C Vit C serum. Love them all. They sink into the skin really well and no stickiness.”

“I love the products from the facetheory, but unfortunately I was not lucky with my order, I got the oil cleanser and two supergel M3 moisturizers, the cleanser was too strong for my oily skin and I use the moisturizer for anout a week and compromised my skin barrier because contains salicylic acid, and turns out I dont have active acne, so I dont need a moisturizer with any actives. I already got a refund for the oil cleanser and it was a great customer service, I have one moisturizer open and one closed, if I can return those it would be great.”
