“I bought this for my mother before and she refused to use it. A few months later she came back asking for me to buy more because she used up the whole thing. So now, got it in subscription. In short, its a great product”

“I have rosacea and tried to find good products for sooo long, literal years, until I finally stumbled over facetheory randomly because I searched for brands that don't use so much plastic packaging. After using products only from this brand for about 3 years now I can safely say: I don't even wanna try anything else! I am symptom free regarding my rosacea, no redness, no aching skin (I am using the lumizela serum among others). Even as something went wrong with the delivery (not even facetheorys' fault, the mail system screwed up) they re-sent the package without any additional fees and the customer service was very helpful and friendly. TL:DR - i don't know why not more people know about facetheory, I can definitely recommend them. I know the products aren't cheap. But everything I order lasts months and months. So if you are able to afford it, go for it.”

“after trying out facetheory a while ago and then exploring a number of different brands, I've returned to purchasing facetheory products as they are reliable, well-priced and effective! currently using the regena-calm and regenaC20 serums, aventhra moisturiser and lipade Q10. I have very dry and sensitive skin and all of these products work really well with my skin type and my skin looks amazing, glowing and fresh! im based in aus so the shipping took nearly two weeks but worth it.”

“Extremely satisfied with facetheory product and the company. Products I bought 1) clarifying cleanser C2 2) pore bright N10 serum 3)supergel moisturiser My review or opinion about the product 1) clarifying cleanser C2 - very good product, extremely happy with the result and highly recommended for anyone with oily face 2) pore bright N10 serum - neutral , I am not a big fan of serum, I used it - it’s ok 3) supergel moisturiser - for me it’s a no. I didn’t like it ( the product is good but not for my skin) My opinion or review about the company The company is super good. After a week I got an email to check the customer satisfaction. I emailed back the the above review and immediately they offered me a refund or exchange for products I didn’t like. I opt for clarifying cleanser C2 pro against the moisturiser for which they processed the order immediately free of charge. Thankyou Kate from facetheory who dealt with my email quickly. I am a highly satisfied customer. I short facetheory is selling high quality products that really works and provide good customer service.”
