“I love the serum that has the revisterol in it. It's amazing. My skin feels bouncer, is not as dry and importantly I don't become papery dry over the course of the day. I am so grateful to this company for producing amazing, affordable skin care products. I can't recommend them highly enough. I have spent so much money over the years, and to date theirs are the best products of used.”

“A new brand to me and very pleased I found them. The eye cream pro is wonderful, quickly absorbed and does the job, my eye area is definitely looking brighter. I am very fussy about hand cream, I don’t want my hands left sticky or overly perfumed. This hand cream is an absolute joy. I think it is my new favourite.”

“Facetheory has really nice products, very effective and is a bonus to be a vegan and cruelty free brand. Really nice packaging, most of them without plastic, only glass and metal, so is sustainable as well. Other thing very important is the explanation of each product, it's composition and beneficts, super helpful! I totally recommend!”

“Did not get information in box as stated. Started using from 10th April no changes yet. So will sure reply around the time estimated changes are expected as mentioned on Facebook advertising.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using the product for at least 4 weeks continuously to see any first changes. The usage instructions for the Exaglow Serum are on written on both the box and label. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. “I have been using Facetheory for more than a year. The products are great and the customer service is the best experience I have had when dealing with returning products or asking questions (they are super responsive and kind)! I also love the 365-day warranty, it makes me feel safe if I want to try new products. Overall, very happy with the Facetheory!”

“I have used 2 bottles of facetheory Regencalm Serum Pro. And liked it very much. My skin feels smoother and I think more refined and clearer textured, and helps with redness and wrinkles after the first time I used it. I bought just Regenecalm Serum, (not Pro) and am using that now. It has 2%, instead of 3% Retinol. There is some differnece I notice, I think I like the Pro better. But got a sale price on the the latter. Both types are very nice and helpful on my skin. I like the that they are mild and my skin doesn't have any bad reactions. I tend to use it all over my face and neck, not just spots.”
