“My skin type is dry sensitive and I have under eyes dark circles and fine lines. I've purchased two products; Relaxing night cream (non scented) and ocuwake eye cream. The night cream irritated my skin and became itchy with some red spots on my cheeks so I stopped using it. The eye cream is of good consistency ,easily absorbed and hydrating but I am just using it for 6 days now ,so it's still too early to see the effect on under eye dark circles and fine lines..”

“I used the clarifying cleanser and the porebright serum N10. I really did like the cleanser however it felt as if there was some kind if physical exfolient in the product, that or im not too sure if it was just a little grainy by nature. I didnt repurchase this because of this reason; It tended to irritate the acne on my face causing it to go quite red in comparison to other cleansers ive used. The serum is really good if you dont like the sticky feeling the ordinary usually gives! unfortunately I think there was a few too many actives as it did irritate my skin. Although I cant repurchase this, the customer service team was really helpful when advising ways to avoid the irritation, unfortunately I think my skins a little too sensitive for this”

“I bought this cream for my daughter who suffers from acne hoping that it will reduce the oily face, however when she started using it her breakout increased. She has stopped using it and the breakout has stopped.”

“Your deeply nourishing jojoba cleansing oil is amazing! But I have to say, the supergel oil free moisturiser feels a little bit sticky on my face and it takes a while to absorb...as for the ingredient I have nothing to say. I also bought your sunfragma spf but I haven’t tried it yet”

“Pot was so small i couldnt tell you if it changed my skin .. all i can say is once i applied it my skin felt softer but no change in look nor texture over the time i had to use it .”

“The texture is quite creamy, light and has nice fragrance. It's easily spread on my face; however, not quite easy to take out of the jar with wet fingers. Would be nice if there is a wooden spoon or something to help with this. I find this product pretty nice. It left a clean and moist feeling on my face after every wash. I only use it before bedtime and it goes well with my night routine. I haven't seen much of the brightening effect yet and actually don't expect much from a cleanser. The only thing I find quite annoying is that this product is advertised as also a makeup remover, and it doesn't do the job at all! I used it to remove my MU and do not feel like all of my MU were cleansed off of my face. My mascara and lipstick remain the same so it takes extra effort to use another MU remover. I have no problem with double cleansing an all but my expectation for the product was completely different. For this incredibility, 3 stars. As a cleanser alone, I'd have given it more credit.”

“It’s not been a week yet that I’ve been using the products so this is based on that tome. I’ve not seen brilliant results yet but my skin hasn’t been worse. I have the c2 cleanser which does seem slightly harsh so am considering using another cleanser and rotating each AM/PM. The n-10 serum (I think) glides on well. The gel moisture is really nice. I got the spf which is quite greasy so I’m not sure about using this every day on my oily skin, we’ll see!”

“The items arrived well packaged however the bottles and jars weren't of great quality. The pipittes are difficult to use too. I found the products left my skin sticky for some time afterwards and there was a build up of residue.”

“Thank you for the primer, however, I was alittle disappointed. Although the primer has a smooth texture..I have combination skin and found I still had a high shine after applying this Primer.”

“Very fast delivery. I bought the Clarifying Cleanser, and haven't seen any outstanding results yet (2 weeks). I am still getting blocked pores and big spots, but perhaps fewer smaller spots. It doesn't feel like an effective cleanser by itself, so I'm using it more as an exfoliator (after cleansing with a gentle cleanser).”

“I have only been using the products for about 1 week so probably too early to see any visible results. Unfortunately the serum I've started using has caused a break out in spots but I'm going to stick with it.”
