“Product was delivered to the wrong address, and customer service were absolutely useless when I tried to get it set to come to the right address. They just sent me the tracking link! Well, I already had that, because that is how I knew DHL had the wrong address... I have now directed the product to a collection point at the other side of town (near to the wrong address) but to be honest, I don't really want to bother getting it, given what a waste of time the company has been for me so far.”

“I wanted something I could use on my face without having to worry about harmful chemicals. I didn't find that here. Too many unpronouncable ingredients and just too many ingredients. I found something better so will be shelving these products until I come to terms with losing $50 in that purchase, then toss it.”

“The night cream for all skin types is really disappointing. It's a very thick cream, with not allot of moisture, applying it, is like putting sunscreen all over your face, leaving white traces, you need to massage it in for quite a long time & when it starts absorbing into the skin, I'ts still a little white, to remove all traces of the cream, the last few wipes tug at my face & makes me stretch my skin in a harsh way. After it's absorbed, your face feels dry, not fully moistured. I'm sad I wasted my money on this.”
