“I love your products. However, my last order #FR54515 has never arrived and I am very disappointed. I usually receive your orders in less than a week. This last one goes back to Jan 17. Maybe the problem is not on your side but still, I have not received my serum. I would like to be reimbursed or include this lost item in my next order. “Das Retinol Pro Serum hat trotz gerechter (!) Anwendung dazu geführt, dass die Haut extrem irritiert, schmerzend, brennend, gerötet reagierte und eine derartige Akne (die vorher nicht vorhanden war) Welle erlitten hat. Auch nach einem darauffolgend mehrtägigen Verzicht auf das Serum und weitere langsame Gewöhnung, war eine Verwendung nicht mehr ohne starkes brennen möglich und wurde eingestellt. Gleiches gilt für die bestellte Gesichtscreme mit Retinol.”

“I was really excited to use this product, however it stung instantly and literally burnt the skin off my face. I use a glycolic cleanser daily so the ingredient is not the issue, perhaps it has a higher % than what I currently use. Nearly a week later I still have sore flaky dry skin from this product and I stopped using it after 2 days as I had this reaction both times.”

Sorry to hear Danielle - please do contact us at help@facetheory.com for further help and a refund. We always recommend a patch test first. The pH isn't low enough to cause burns (it's above 3) but it's possible you may be sensitive to one of the ingredients. Apologies again. Jamie
