I ordered glycolic acid face scrub and claribar oil control, both doesn't work for my skin.

My products never shipped. They were ordered on 11/29, & as of 12/8 still hasn't made it out of the UK. FedEx app has said operational delay the whole time. Apparently I'm just out as they're going to do nothing

I had not received the product yet ...I am waiting to see the results of the transaction and shipment and of the product to be able to recommend to others

Unfortunately the cream was not suitable for my skin. I was left with irritation and redness. I contacted face theory for advice, with no response after a week. It’s the poor customer services that has made me leave a 1 star. I have used lots of face theory products. As with any company, I think how they manage a problem says a lot. Hopefully others will never have an issue, shame if you do.

It’s a 0 stars. I placed an order 10 days ago, I could never track and trace it so I contact them. They told me to wait so I did. One week after I had a email from dhl scheduling the delivery but again never received it. Contacted then dhl but I’ve been told that since facetheory are the senders it’s on them to contact dhl, so I emailed again that. I’ve been contacting facetheory and they keep sending me the same email but any solution. So just know if you have a problem with the delivery, once they send it they won’t take any responsibility after. Very disappointed.
