“I do not rate these products at all they are so bad. The moisturiser is so heavy more like a hand cream and the pore bright serum that is to be used before a moisturiser is awful. I can't imagine using these products then trying to apply make up as it takes sooo long for them to dry in. My skin is worse now than before I started using this brand.”

“Bought a face scrub and body soap, one week later and my acne has gotten so much worse. It honestly feels painful to even touch my face, I’ve never had this experience when buying their other products but I’m honestly really disappointed this time. I’m not even sure if I can get a refund either but it’s such a shame, I thought the products I bought would make my acne go away, not make it even worse than it already is.”

“This is not meant to be critical of the product because it's clearly worked well for many.Sadly when I applied it I found it really stung and irritated my skin to such an extent I had to wash it off.my complaint is that I contacted the company with my concern and to request a refund but have received no response.As I say this is purely related to me and I do not wish to be critical of the item that obviously works wonders for many others.”

“Absolutely terrible company. I bought rosehip oil and the lid melted and left black rubber all over my hands. I tried to complain but you just get automated responses and standard replies and it takes ages. Don’t use this company.”

“Bei mir trat in einem halben Jahr Anwendung leider keine Verbesserung ein. Seit ich wieder umgestiegen bin mein Gesicht einfach nur mit Wasser zu reinigen ist es deutlich besser geworden. Daher kann ich es leider nicht empfehlen.”
