“Got the item late and not impressed by packaging, the paper rap for inyernational delivery?! ... not even s sealed box. And the product package was open. Hope the quality of the producy is not the same as the packaging”

“Bonjour, Je suis française et j'ai passé commande chez Facetheory une marque anglaise que je viens de découvrir. J'ai commandé 2 sérums: Porebright N10 avec 10% de Niacinamide et Acide azélaïque et le serum Regena C20 vitamine C stabilisé à 20% avec aneth, réglisse, acide hyaluronique et panthénol. Franchement, je trouve ces 2 sérums de bonnes qualités mais il sont collant ! Pas agréable au touché ! Cela fait un mois que je les ai et je trouve que ma qualité de peau est meilleure. Mais je reste déçu de l'aspect de ces sérums. Je verrais à l'avenir si je prendrais d'autres produits de la marque facetheory.”

“I've only tested the products out a couple of times so far. I like the ethos of the company and the packaging in glass etc (recyclable!) is great. The main thing I don't like is that most of the products are unscented.. Which kind of makes them seem cheap.. And the smell of the oils themselves in the products isn't actually that nice. Depending on how my skin feels after using all the product I may buy again but at this stage probably not which is a shame.”

“I was super excited for my first purchase, I think the fact you guys don’t use plastic is amazing. But, unfortunately, I received someone else’s order and my actual order is taking ages to arrive. The customer support was okay, but the girl I talked to didn’t seem to really care about the whole situation. I do think the products will be great, but the experience wasn’t as nice as I was expecting.”

“I have been using my retinol and vit c serum and the retinol oil for a few days. I've not seen any difference as of yet however to see results it'll take a good few weeks.”

“I am using it since more than 2 weeks but i cannot see any desirable results. I bought the gift set because the cost is quite high when you buy separate items. The cleansing cream is just ok but the moisturiser and the serum is very disappointing and i dt see any difference . usually the serum i used in past gave you mark results instead of any other creams.”

“I’ve been using face theory for around a week. So far my skin has got worse. This may just be a skin purge so I am not giving up yet. I will review again in a few weeks. I mainly left this one as I felt that people should be aware to expect a skin purge. For me this has been an increase in the oil my skin is predicting and several little pimples. No painful big spots though. I have used: Clarifying cleanser C2, Cera-C Pore Reducing Toner T1, Regena-C Moisturiser M4, Regenacalm 2% (this was recommended from the Face Theory quiz.”
