“My first order. Shipping time was long. The products seem very high quality and nice. Not a huge fan of the consistency of the face cream i got. But it's acceptable. Face cleanser is very cleansing and has a nice smell.”

“Ok so i did the build a routine quiz where i bought all products that i was given...now i have deep tan complexion and very oily skin...i have been using the products that i got from the quiz for about 3 weeks now and they make my skin oilier...so far i have had a few bad breakout and i am yet to notice any changes to my skin for the better..i gave 2 stars despite the oiliness the products feel good in my skin.”

“I have had best customer service of face theory, thankyou, I have however bought sun cream that melts, I have combination skin and I'm a support worker, they asked if had cream on and said how does my face look like, answer shiny, too me, also noticed when stood tube bathroom there loadsa oil residue, soo packagin overall heat not met top Mark's. I'll try little less next time, as products are soo good x”

“I purchased a moisturiser and sun cream, unfortunately I find them both very greasy. My skin feels lovely and soft after applying but the initial greasiness of the product is an issue for me.”

“Bought the cream cleanser, porebright serum and signature moisturiser. I didn’t find the serum to be too effective and the moisturiser is good but quite thick and can visibly stick to the face sometimes. However, the cleanser is amazing! I got the scented version and it smells so nice, and it feels so smooth on my skin - I love how it feels on my face! I love that facetheory is fairly reasonably priced and vegan so I may try some of their other products (maybe a lighter moisturiser). I would definitely recommend the cream cleanser!”

“The branding and packaging is great. Their biodegradable packaging is really good. I haven’t been using their products for long but based on the mass amount of great reviews I am hopeful it will do good things”

“I did the build a routine quiz and bought everything they gave me..even tho i stated that i had oily skin in the quiz these products makes my skin even more oily its unbearable..i have been using them for 2weeks now and i have not noticed any significant changes to my skin, ive also had a few breakouts..only reason i have 3 stars is because i will continue to use for another 2 weeks before deciding if the products are 100% waste for me..”

“products look lovely, however I did not get to test them fully, because there is a great delay with my order. it's been more than a month and it still is not here. first package arrived incomplete. second one got lost on the way. now I am expecting the third one.. customer service has been quick in response. nevertheless, I do not find this experience satisfying”

“Der Service ist gut aber die Produkte teilweise echt mangelhaft. Eine Freundin von mir hatte 2x ein zweier Paket an Ölen bestellt und alle vier Öle waren schlecht. Meine Lieferung war bereits geöffnet. Die Verpackung meiner Augencreme hat verschmierte Farbe drauf. As far as I‘m informed: Die Marke gibt es noch nicht Ewigkeiten für das Geld würde ich aber gerne makellose Verpackung und Inhalt verlangen können. Diese Kinderkrankheiten sollten noch behoben werden. :)”

“The cream facial cleanser is 5-star. The Cera-C pore refining toner recommended for oily skin does seem to make the pores diminish. Unfortunately, it leaves a tacky feel to the skin the continues for quite some time. Right now, it has been over an hour since I used it and my face feels like it has a glue residue on it, making it a magnet for dirt! I think I'll need to follow it with something else that will take off the stickiness. Not a fan and whether I reorder will depend on if it delivers on the promotional info.”
