“Products are miles better than high street brands at a similar price in terms of how they feel on the skin and improvements I've noticed. The azelaic acid formula in particular has completely transformed my skin. Usually arrives very quickly. I also like that most of the packaging is easily recyclable e.g. glass, metal, paper. The little paper seal stickers on the jars tend to leave little flakes of paper on my fingers if they get wet which is a bit annoying.”

“Not happy with the company. Emailed them because my parcel was thrown over the wall and left in the rain, but they never replied or even acknowledged receipt of it. Very unhappy.”

“Whether it's food or beauty products, I always check ingredients and Facetheory passes with flying colors. I have mature, dry skin with wrinkles and always buy two of each products for both myself and my mom. While product effectiveness varies, we love them all -- the scent, texture, overall pleasant experience. Facetheory customer service is responsive, courteous, helpful every time I reach out. Packaging is great and fast delivery.”

“Face theory products I have used so far have been really good value and very effective. I have now reordered two bottles of the Freshening Face Wash C4 (great that you save when buying more than 1) as it's really refreshing snd hydrating and perfect for every day use. If I could be really picky, I think it'd be great to offer refill packs as the products come in good quality jars and tubs (I often repurpose mine, but I'm sure a time will come when I don't have a use for more) Or even incentives to return bottles/jars for refill and redistribution. That aside, I'm a big fan!”

“Brilliant new formula for the basic (purple) moisturiser. Love it. Honestly, I’ve tried expensive basic moisturisers (without high concentrated active ingredients) as well and this one just does the job better. So go for it if you just need extra moisture for your skin this winter. The only downside is I’m not a fan of the smell, but I need some smell for sure, I’d prefer it to be more relaxing like lavender.”

“Ich habe empfindliche, zu Neurodermitis neigende Haut, die auf super viele Produkte allergisch reagiert. Ich war überrascht wie gut meine Haut auf die Produkte von Face theory reagiert. Vom Serum, bis zur Tagescreme, Nachtcreme, Peeling und Gesichtsmaske habe ich mich langsam durch viele Produkte getestet. Ich bin begeistert! Meine Haut sieht gut aus und es hilft tatsächlich bei leichten Falten. Der Kundenservice ist spitze!!! Ich hatte 2 Produkte, auf die meine Haut leider reagiert hat. Habe es dem Kundenservice mitgeteilt und in weniger als 1 Stunde eine Antwort erhalten. In der E-Mail wurde auf mein Problem eingegangen, eine Empfehlung zur Haut abgegeben und das Geld sofort zurück erstattet. Die erste Firma, die ihr Geld-zurück-Versprechen wirklich ernst meint. Und es gibt immer Angebote, sodass man seinen Vorrat immer preiswert bekommt. Ich habe deutlich teurere Produkte getestet, die viel weniger gebracht haben. Vielen Dank für die tollen Produkte. Ich werde zu Weihnachten meine Familie mit euren Produkten beschenken und bleibe euch treu! :)”
