“Love the company and customer service. I always find help whenever I need it. I have not always found products that worked for me but that is totally normal due to the way different skin types can react. Still love the ingredients and company's transparency!”

“Les produits ne sont pas désagréables à utiliser cependant je n'ai observé aucun changement sur ma peau ! Malheureusement le produit au rétinol ne contient pas de rétinol mais des esters de rétinol qui n'ont pas du tout le même effet que le rétinol ! Je suis assez décue.”

Bonjour Merci pour votre avis. Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser le produit pendant au moins 4 semaines en continu pour voir les premiers changements. Les esters de rétinol sont doux pour la peau tout en restant efficaces. Dans la peau, il est converti en rétinol puis en acide rétinoïque, la forme de vitamine A dans les médicaments contre l'acné sur ordonnance Retin-A et Accutane. Notre Regenacalm Pro contient du rétinol pur. Si, pour une raison quelconque, vous n'êtes pas entièrement satisfait d'un achat facetheory et que vous ne remarquez aucune amélioration visible de votre peau dans les 365 jours, envoyez-nous simplement un e-mail à help@facetheory.com pour un échange ou un remboursement gratuit. “I have used facetheory twice before and the first time was very good, I like the products and the BBC uatimer service was great. The second time I ordered three products, I really disliked two of them and emailed for a refund, I emailed about 3 times and unfortunately did not receive a reaponse”

“I love the range of products suited to sensitive skin. I now have cleanser, serum, moisturisers for day and night. They all make my face feel amazing without the breakouts which I usually get when making any changes to my regime. Great too that the packaging is not plastic and the ingedients used are natural and paraben free. I am defintely a convert!”

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you have increased breakouts. Products such as the Clarifying Cleanser that increase your cell turnover can bring congestion to the surface in the form of purging. “I did have a problem but with the courier not Face Factory. They did everything in their power to rectify the problem. I have now received my order but can’t comment on its use as it is a present, but the product itself looks good and I have mo reason to think otherwise.
