Hallo Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass sich Ihre Lieferung verzögert hat. Ich verstehe, wie frustrierend das für Sie sein muss. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass dies geschieht, allerdings kommt es bei Kurieren immer noch zu Verzögerungen aufgrund von Covid-19 und anderen nationalen und internationalen Ereignissen. Ein Blick auf die Sendungsverfolgung der ursprünglichen Bestellung zeigt, dass diese nun geliefert wurde. Nochmals vielmals Entschuldigung für die Verzögerung. “I kept breaking out while using the product. Even when using the spf cream my face got very red when I went outside. I think this combination wasn't good for my skin.”

“After an extended shipping time the product arrived spoiled due to poor packaging and customer service was not very helpful in relation to this. It's a real shame because the products themselves are actually quite good. But as I am purchasing a high-end product I do expect it to arrive intact, without loss of product or requiring me to clean up a mess before I can try out a new product. I'm just really disappointed in the customer experience aspect.”

“J'ai acheté le sérum à la vitamine c après avoir vu de nombreux commentaires favorables à ce produit, malheureusement pour moi il n' a eu aucuns effets remarquable et de plus n'était pas confortable en raison du temps ( qui se compte en heures) qu'il mets a pénétré la peau.. :/”

“Feels nice and is easily absorbed. Not noticing any difference yet in my dark circles but the packaging does state that results are seen at around 28 days (I am only 14 days in). I’ll keep going with it and hope to see results soon.”

Pour certains problèmes de peau, il faudra au moins 4 semaines d'utilisation continue pour constater les premiers changements. “I do not feel like the face theory moisturiser has worked and has reacted with my skin badly. This has left me feeling very down and not being able to go out. I am sure this works for others but unfortunately not for me.”

Hi, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. “Meh. After a month of consistent use, I see barely any results. Not convinced. Also, the company's annoying spam and their lack of respect when one unsubscribes is very annoying.”

“Im having new pimples each day, so im thinking to stop it. however, im in my 1 month period of using the product and honestly I love how it makes my skin so hydrated. So Im 50-50 if I gonna recommend this product or not. Cause I don't know if im having a breakout with the product or its purging. Hopefully, in 3 months I see the true result.”

“Tout les produits ne sont pas forcément adaptés. Le seul produit qui a fonctionné sur ma commande est le Sérum Regenacalm Pro S1 sérum. Les deux autres la crème et le sérum vitamine C n'est ni agréable à appliquer ni fonctionnel.. je suis déçue.”

“Good morning, I have ordererd some products from Facetheory, all the products are good except Regenacalm Serum S1 Pro, I can't see any changes or effective on my skin, there mentioned will get the results about target fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes, acne scars and hyperpigmentation unfortunately I don't see any results yet.”
