“Bonjour, Je suis désolé mais les produits ne sont pas du tout adapté à ma peau. Pourtant j’ai fais un sorte qu’ils le soient mais je pense que ma peau n’accepte pas.. Je souhaiterais un remboursement si vous désirez je peux vous renvoyer les produits car de toute façon je ne l’est utiliserais pas Merci d’avance”

If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days and I can see that you already reveived a refund for the product. The cacay oil naturally has a light, nutty scent which disappears quickly after application. Thanks Facetheory Team

Hallo Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass sich Ihre Lieferung verzögert hat. Ich verstehe, wie frustrierend das für Sie sein muss. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass dies geschieht, allerdings kommt es bei Kurieren immer noch zu Verzögerungen aufgrund von Covid-19 und anderen nationalen und internationalen Ereignissen. Ein Blick auf die Sendungsverfolgung der ursprünglichen Bestellung zeigt, dass diese nun geliefert wurde. Nochmals vielmals Entschuldigung für die Verzögerung. “After an extended shipping time the product arrived spoiled due to poor packaging and customer service was not very helpful in relation to this. It's a real shame because the products themselves are actually quite good. But as I am purchasing a high-end product I do expect it to arrive intact, without loss of product or requiring me to clean up a mess before I can try out a new product. I'm just really disappointed in the customer experience aspect.”

“J'ai acheté le sérum à la vitamine c après avoir vu de nombreux commentaires favorables à ce produit, malheureusement pour moi il n' a eu aucuns effets remarquable et de plus n'était pas confortable en raison du temps ( qui se compte en heures) qu'il mets a pénétré la peau.. :/”

“Feels nice and is easily absorbed. Not noticing any difference yet in my dark circles but the packaging does state that results are seen at around 28 days (I am only 14 days in). I’ll keep going with it and hope to see results soon.”
