“I ordered a whole range of products, but they haven't worked to help smooth out and even my skin. In fact a few of them actually gave me new breakout spots, so I've stopped using them altogether.”

“Trop agressif pour ma peau, l'odeur est trop forte. C'est vraiment dommage parce que j'aime beaucoup les produits Facetheory. Je ne sais pas quoi faire de ce produit que je n'ai casiment pas utilisé.”

“I wasn't impressed by the product (Bakuchiol day cream with mandarin smell). I use it now for my legs..... because it does leave white marks and clots on my face. I don't want to put it on my face anymore”

“I got the moistures which is really good and would definitely recommend. I also got the foundation which I was really disappointed in it doesnt go on well at all, isnt great coverage and leaves a really wierd texture”

“Skin colour- dark Skin type - combination I used the amil c whip, regena c and the clarifying cleanser - it broke me out, made my hyperpigmentation worse and now I'm trying to recover from it all. I did want to try the tranexamic acid but I think ill pass”

“Initially I loved the product until a month in my skin started to burn so I stopped using all the products to find out the cause. My doctor had to prescribe me a cream to tackle the issue which was found to be the moisturiser. The serum and cleanser were lovely but the moisturiser didn’t agree with my skin at all.”

For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. Each formulation we create is assessed by an external safety assessor who is a pharmacologist and considers all safety criteria and declares if it is a safe formula or not and each ingredient we use in our products is recognised as safe and is licensed as cosmetics within the EU. “It’s very difficult to leave a review like that. I guess my skin just didn’t adapt to the products, because I know some of my friends got very good results with it. It just didn’t work for me :(”
