“My purchased items been stuck at post in Germany since 18th of May. It’s currently 28th… No progress with the parcel. Shipment of products within the EU takes longer than from US.”

“For me personally I wouldn't say this is for any skin type it's literally sucked my skin dry I'm not sure if it's because I don't particularly use anything on my skin usually but I wouldn't say this is the skin care for me”

“If I'm honest, I can't see any difference whatsoever, since using the product. It's been several weeks now. I still have dark circles and puffiness around my eyes. Im quite disappointed.”

Bonjour Merci pour vos commentaires et je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous n'êtes pas satisfait du délai de livraison. Je comprends à quel point cela doit être frustrant pour vous. Nous n'avions pas l'intention que cela se produise, cependant, les coursiers connaissent encore des retards en raison de covid et d'autres événements nationaux et internationaux. En regardant le suivi de la commande d'origine, elle est actuellement en transit à l'étranger et devrait être livrée prochainement. Encore mille excuses pour le retard. Merci Facetheory

“I have tried anti-aging regenacalm serum and after week of using, my skin around the eyes became red and it hurts, then I touch it. Do not understand why, because I put just a little drop and for a first days it was fine, but on Thursday evening, after using the product, my skin was burn”
