“The product is not working for me at all, I'm not seeing any difference”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using the product for at least 4 weeks continuously to see any first changes. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. “I have been using products from Facetheory for over 6 months, and have placed new orders within that time. I wanted to use the products before leaving a review; and here is my review: I use Regena-C moisturiser M4Pro- my day cream; Relaxing Night Cream M10- my night cream; Ocuwake Eye Cream EYE1; Emolliating Olive Squalane 07- a wonderful facial oil that I also use on my neck and shoulders. It is odourless and colourless. I use it on its own, or under cream/ makeup. The price is great and the packaging thoughtful and beautiful.”

“I've only just started on my facetherory journey, however, I'm already seeing results. The customer service so far has been excellent – so much so that I'm considering switching my entire skincare routine to facetherory. You're not encouraged to purchase more than you need – in fact you're encouraged to keep it simple. They will ensure you find the products that will work for you and offer replacements, or refunds if you don't. Not sure what more you could ask for from a brand. Outstanding customer service and powerful products with strong actives that produce results.”

“Amazing products, I've been searching for suitable skincare products and ow that I've tried facetheory I don't think I'll ever go back. I've never been able to find products so suited to my skin that do everything they're supposed to. Amazing brand, will for sure continue to buy off them for some time to come, recommend to anyone!”

“I've being using Facetheory products for the last 3 years and I have had really nice results on my dry skin. Since everything worked well for me, I also started to get products for my 17 year old son with acne issues and he is super happy too. Customer service is really appreciated too, always fast and helpful.”

“Je n’ai pas obtenu de résultats. J’ai toujours des boutons et le visage pâle, sans éclat et un peu desséché. J’aimerais bien bénéficier d’un changement de produit. Un produit plus adapté et qui nourrit bien ma peau noire sensible.”

“I’ve been using products from this company for a few years now. I wanted to use something that wasn’t full of additives. I absolutely love the moisturising creams. I use the lave set scented one at night, which I’m sure helps me sleep! Last summer I used the moisturiser with sun protection too, I thought it was lovely and light, with a nice fragrance. I think the points system, earning points as you spend, is great and offers even better value. The packaging is all recyclable , which is so important today. I can only thoroughly recommend the company and their products.”

“Amazing in every way! Beautiful products that do exactly what they say. Great price (mind you I had a 40% off code) and vegan, cruelty free, no nasties like parabens, lush gentle scents. Feel amazing, smell amazing, go a long way and after a 10 days people are commenting how nice I look, how good my skin looks. I feel better, softer skinned, fresher faced. Delivery was free and super fast.... Order Friday night, received Sunday afternoon. Truly impressive Face theory!! I'm hooked”
