“I love the products but I don't like the new names, very confusing that every product has a different name. Also don't like the printed letters on the glass as the white color dissolved and stuck on my fingers when I tried to apply the product so I had the white color/letter remains all over my faceand it was hard to get it off. Please find a better solution for that. I will remain your customer as the skincare is really good for me and love that it's cruelty free.”

“I vostri prodotti sono i miei preferiti; cambierei soltanto l’imballo- mi trovavo meglio con quelli in vetro- si sfruttava tutto; ora buona parte non si riesce sfruttare o fuoriesce all’inizio con la crema nuova.; però i prodotti ottimi”

“At first I found it a little drying but I've started using the under eye balm every other day until I build a tolerance and that has helped. However while a bit brighter, one under eye has gone more puffy than usual. I think it could be a hylauronic acid.”

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear you’ve found a routine that works better for your skin by using the balm every other day and that you’ve noticed some brightening. Puffiness can sometimes happen when hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid draw in extra moisture, especially in the delicate under-eye area. We’d recommend applying a very small amount and gently patting it in to avoid excess product build-up. Hi Steph, Thank you for your feedback. Some of our richer creams can leave a light, dewy finish on the skin, which may feel tacky at first. To help with this, we recommend applying a smaller amount than you might with a lighter lotion and allowing it to absorb fully for a minute or two. You may also find that patting the cream gently into the skin, rather than rubbing, helps it settle more smoothly. If you layer it with serums, ensure each step is fully absorbed before moving on, this can help reduce any sticky sensation. Thanks Facetheory Team

“Des produits pour chaque type de besoin, de peau, d'âge et de sensibilité. Je l'ai essayé il y a 2 ans, j'ai mis 1 an à trouver ma routine après des tâtonnements et produits qui ne m'allaient pas. “Hi facetheory Fab products always! Please remove the metal mouth of the spf moisturiser. Also the face wash was more practical in a pump dispenser bottle. There are limited shades of foundation been waiting for F6 and F7 for ages!! Thank-you...for listening. X”

“I bought 5 differents product and I have been using them for about 2 weeks. I noticed my face and neck are getting darker and uneven, the melasma on my forehead area also is speading, hence I will like to return them and get my money back.
