“I'm about 2 weeks in of using these products and I do feel my skin feels a lot clearer. I've had a couple of breakout spots but I don't expect miracles. The cleansing oil is really good, however I'm not keen on the smell and it reminds me of make up that is past its expiry date. However once rinsed away its fine. I expected the toner to feel like it's doing more, like a cool/tight feeling I usually get afterwards but it sort of foams up a little and feels more like a micellar water. I am happy with it so far but I think time will tell.”

“Love these products. Really effective ingredients, nice scents and affordable - the little pots really go a long way. My favourite is the Amil-C whip. So light and smells like lemon meringue!”

“I had been eyeing this brand for a while and wanted to make a solid first purchase as the new customer incentive was so good! I have used all my products - cleansers, moisturisers, oils, mists and foam wash and in 2 weeks, I love how my skin looks and feels. Softer, a little plumper and hydrated. On time delivery, simple packaging. Fits in perfectly with my own sustainable, low impact ethics. Highly recommended!”

“I absolutely Love everything about Facetheory. As a brand, for what they stand for, as well as their fantastic products!! I love how their products are affordable but still very effective and also vegan too. I have loved trying a whole range of their products and I can honestly say I have loved every product. Their cleansing balm is even better than the elemis cleansing balm that costs around £45. I would say give it a try, I promise you will not be disappointed”

“Al momento dell’acquisto (giorno 30 marzo) risultavano disponibili i prodotti da me scelti, ma solo dopo un mio sollecito mi è stato detto che c’era un ritardo a causa di scorte insufficienti. In seguito, sempre dopo un mio sollecito mi è stato detto che una crema contorno occhi ocuwake non era disponibile e che dovevo aspettare lo stock. Arriviamo al 14 aprile, sempre dopo un mio sollecito mi viene detto che la crema non è disponibile, allora scelgo quella con la versione non profumata per spedire al più presto l’ordine. Il 16 aprile non era ancora partito l’ordine, in quanto giorno festivo, senza essere avvisata. Il 20 aprile dopo un altro mio sollecito, mi viene detto che la crema senza profumazione che sostituiva l’altra è esaurita e che tornerà disponibile il 25 aprile quando giorni prima mi avevano detto che era disponibile. In ogni caso il 21 parte l’ordine è mi arriva un prodotto danneggiato, mi hanno subito rimborsato i soldi. Purtroppo però devo dire che non sono per nulla soddisfatta, mi hanno fatto acquistare i prodotti e poi non fanno partire l’ordine perché non sono disponibili i prodotti. E in più la crema alla vitamina C puzza incredibilmente.”

“Products ordered for the first time, everything arrived intact plenty of paper to protect my glass jars. Unfortunately I missed a big promotion lost out on £40 all because I didn’t pay attention. The creams I ordered smell lovely and I add a few drops of face oil just to make it more emollient. Yet to try the cleanser but I’m sure I’ll love it as it has great reviews. Shipping was fast and I feel they care about the products the message they are conveying. Great ethos and brilliant company.”
