“I have sensitive skin and I was afraid to use this cream but when I had started using it is something I can wear daily without any makeup just moisturiser and sunscreen on top work well for me I don’t know if I will change to another cream in future if I found something better but for now this is best”

“I love love love Facetheory, I wish I had started using their products at 30 instead of 60 years young, prevention is better, and easier, than cure. My skin has never looked better, I don't even need foundation now. I have a load of Facetheory products and I use them day and night, perseverance and routine is key; it won't happen overnight but with persistence it will happen, I am proof. Thanks Facetheory”

“Came across facetheory when looking for an alternative to my ruinously expensive facial oil. I found the Jojoba Oil which was twice the size and 10% of the price and I can't tell the difference between the two! The Jojoba oil is fine and silky and sinks in well, no greasiness. I was so pleased I bought my daughter a bottle and I'll definitely be ordering again xx”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. Many elements can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient which is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes it's other products used at the same time or even external/environmental factors. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. “Delivery was speedy and they kept me well informed, as for the products, I bought the anti ageing bundle, I haven’t used the serum yet as I’m breast feeding but I love the vitamin C face wash, it’s so refreshing, and the face cream is brilliant I can visibly see results after using it, I’ve been able to test the spf in this heat wave it’s protected my skin from sunburn, and it’s smells fantastic, so zesty and fresh.”

“I was really surprised with a professional attitude from FaceTheory team. Night relax creme was not a great deal for me, I have extremely sensitive skin (and the creme has a suptile scent), and although I wanted to send another 3 products from the "Gift set" back (as they are unopened), they transferred me my money back and told that I can keep all the products by myself - free od costs... That is something I have experienced for first time! The team has great advicers, they respond very fast, even at 23pm, and they give a few proposals to clients- also they have very good relation to customers... The only suggestion I have to FT is- get a samples and sell it for a few euros, that would be great for a lot of customers, who have demanding skin and who are a little bit undecided what to purchase/order :)”
