“Les produits ne sont pas désagréables à utiliser cependant je n'ai observé aucun changement sur ma peau ! Malheureusement le produit au rétinol ne contient pas de rétinol mais des esters de rétinol qui n'ont pas du tout le même effet que le rétinol ! Je suis assez décue.”

Bonjour Merci pour votre avis. Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser le produit pendant au moins 4 semaines en continu pour voir les premiers changements. Les esters de rétinol sont doux pour la peau tout en restant efficaces. Dans la peau, il est converti en rétinol puis en acide rétinoïque, la forme de vitamine A dans les médicaments contre l'acné sur ordonnance Retin-A et Accutane. Notre Regenacalm Pro contient du rétinol pur. “over hyped, none of the products are upto mark. vitamin c moisturizer stays on skin, does not absorb and piles up Vitamin C - cleanser is OK, did not see any major benefit but it does cleanse skin and do not make it dry”

“Le packaging est très épuré, le parfum des produits restent discrets mais sont très agréable. Cependant pour ce qui est de l'efficacité des produits je ne constate rien... Aucune des promesses des produits n'est respecté me concernant, et ayant testé beaucoup produits de gammes différentes je suis extrêmement déçue. Dommage”

“I have been using the Lumizela A15 Serum, for about 2 weeks, at the moment not too impressed, as my rosacea redness has got worse, I use the serum once a day at night time, any suggestions?”

“Al momento dell’acquisto (giorno 30 marzo) risultavano disponibili i prodotti da me scelti, ma solo dopo un mio sollecito mi è stato detto che c’era un ritardo a causa di scorte insufficienti. In seguito, sempre dopo un mio sollecito mi è stato detto che una crema contorno occhi ocuwake non era disponibile e che dovevo aspettare lo stock. Arriviamo al 14 aprile, sempre dopo un mio sollecito mi viene detto che la crema non è disponibile, allora scelgo quella con la versione non profumata per spedire al più presto l’ordine. Il 16 aprile non era ancora partito l’ordine, in quanto giorno festivo, senza essere avvisata. Il 20 aprile dopo un altro mio sollecito, mi viene detto che la crema senza profumazione che sostituiva l’altra è esaurita e che tornerà disponibile il 25 aprile quando giorni prima mi avevano detto che era disponibile. In ogni caso il 21 parte l’ordine è mi arriva un prodotto danneggiato, mi hanno subito rimborsato i soldi. Purtroppo però devo dire che non sono per nulla soddisfatta, mi hanno fatto acquistare i prodotti e poi non fanno partire l’ordine perché non sono disponibili i prodotti. E in più la crema alla vitamina C puzza incredibilmente.”

“I ordered a few products this time, but I didn't get the result I expected. Some of them are ok, but there are 3 I am disappointed with. - Cera-B Body Cream: I asked for a refund. It was leaving a residue on the skin - Amil-C Whip M5 SPF 30: I ordered this as the SPF 20 that I have been using for the last year and loved wasn't available. This one is giving me a sweaty face look and is making my pores appear sooo large. - I also ordered the travel kit, with contained my beloved SPF 20, which I have been using daily. Although the toner included in the kit gave me a horrible rash. Won't be using it again! I really wanted to keep loving facetheory products, but it seems like something is different, and I am not getting the results I used to get.”

“The products used to be fantastic, excellent ingredient profile and data. I have returned a few items I bought recently but even the ones I kept are just not the same level of what used to be. They smell more like chemicals and don’t seem to working as well, eg BHA serum. Excellent customer service though. Shame because I used to be a fan of the products too.”
