“Holy WOW: excellence in Customer Service that seems to have disappeared since the Mom & Pop shops. I facepalmed and sent my friends' New Baby gift to their old address. Approached facetheory because of how kind and efficient they'd been when I made my Order in the 1st place and asked if there was ANY way that my fluff-up could be rectified. Patiently and promptly, facetheory Customer Service helped me out, never with any awkward feelings or difficulty. And this, my friends, is how you create a Lifelong Customer. Fantastic introduction to a company, seriously.”

“Les délais de livraison sont très longs et ne correspondent pas aux délais que vous précisez dans le mail qui est de 5 jours ouvrés. Je suis encore de tester les produits. Pour le moment la texture, l’odeur et la quantité sont très bien. La crème à l’acide glycolique est très économe. Une noisette suffit pour l’étaler sur une bonne partie du corps.”

“I got the moistures which is really good and would definitely recommend. I also got the foundation which I was really disappointed in it doesnt go on well at all, isnt great coverage and leaves a really wierd texture”

“Ciò che la rende rilassante onestamente è più il profumo di lavanda che l'effetto la mattina seguente. Lo ricomprerei già solo per la profumazione! è un piacere applicarla, lascia la pelle setosa”

“L'ho comprato qualche mese fa e lo sto usando la mattina prima della crema viso idratante perché lo trovo più leggero di lumizela, che uso invece la sera per lo stesso problema di acne. Lo ricomprerei”

“Buon cleaner, non avevo mai provato un prodotto per la pulizia del viso che avesse anche degli attivi. Forse non molto indicato per pelli troppo sensibili, è consigliabile provarlo prima in piccole quantità su una parte del viso per abituarsi perché potrebbe dare un po' di pizzicore alle prime applicazioni”

“Love it! Practically every product I got is amazing. I've tried already few different face wah creams, serums, toner and eye and face creams. Every product is just incredible, I can literally see difference after few days off regular using. And they last ages, bit over 3 months. My favourite so far is Vitamin C face wash, serum and day cream. In short time my skin tone even up and my skin is brighter, fine lines under my eyes smoother. Retinol 3% and collagen serum are amazing too. Eye cream is alright to moisturise under make up but I think Vitamin C cream did better job on my dark circles so will stick to this one.”
