Hi We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend for this to happen, however, couriers are still experiencing some delays due to covid and other national and international events. “I have tried anti-aging regenacalm serum and after week of using, my skin around the eyes became red and it hurts, then I touch it. Do not understand why, because I put just a little drop and for a first days it was fine, but on Thursday evening, after using the product, my skin was burn”

Hi, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. “I am using the products since 2 and half weeks now ,can see my skin is getting more clearer .,I had dry skin ,pigmentation on my cheeks bone ,and white head on nose area and around my mouth . Since I start using cleanser I can see a massive difference and everyday my skin getting brighter .Also forgot to add about the foundation I bought ,it blends and match my skin tone”

“I have been buying Facetheory products for about 2 years now and absolutely adore them! I didn’t have too much of a troubled skin, but kept getting breakouts and had somewhat of uneven skin tone. I use their Amil-C Whip M5 SPF 30, Relaxing Night Cream M10, Regenacalm 2% Retinol and Vitamin C Serum, Vitamin C Cream Cleanser and Freshening Face Wash C4. For the needs of my skin these products work wonders and even though I no longer live in the UK, I continue to buy them through friends, as I don’t see the point of changing something that is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend.”

“I have been a long term user of facetheory products and can honestly say that it has made a huge difference in my skintone. I suffered from hyperpigmentation from a young age looked after my skin a lot in my 20s and now in my late 30s I can see the difference in my skin it has never looked better ever than it does now, and I get mistaken for my age alot and this would make anyone happy to hear especially when you are dreading the big 40. I use the vitamin c cleanser, pro vit c serum recently has made my skin alot brighter than before it was dull, the pro porebright serum every night.”
