Bonjour Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre commande n'est pas arrivée. Je comprends à quel point cela doit être frustrant pour vous. Nous n'avions pas l'intention que cela se produise, cependant, les coursiers connaissent encore des retards en raison de covid et d'autres événements nationaux et internationaux. J'ai demandé au service client de vérifier cela pour vous et de vous contacter par e-mail. Encore mille excuses pour le retard. Merci Facetheory

“I was disappointed that the reusable makeup remover cloths (which I have given as presents) had no reference to Facetheory anywhere - completely anonymous product. Seems a wasted opportunity!”

“Absolutely love this brand, its my all time favorite. All the products look, feel, and work amazing- they are perfect without any downsides and do exactly what the product intends to do- QUICKLY. They have tons of products for different uses / skin types, and they're all high quality and very concentrated. Ive always had trouble finding the right skincare products and I came across this brand and immediately recognized improvement within a few uses. 10/10.”

“The cream has really helped with my blackheads and pores. The blackheads on my chin and forehead are almost invisible. I can still see some on my nose but they are better. It feels really smooth and silky on my skin and hasn’t irritated it at all. I’d just recommend a good moisturiser for after.”
